"Divorce Is Not My Name..."

About The A.T.O.M. Principle..

Discover how Allegra Manigault, author and coach, helps divorced Christian single moms break free from festering pain using the A.T.O.M. Principle.

Why The A.t.O.M. Principle works where
other self help programs failed.

In the world of finding inner peace after a divorce, those expensive therapy sessions and self-help books often promise a lot but deliver little.

They’re like fancy band-aids—they cover up surface-level issues without really getting to the heart of what’s hurting.

They don’t take into account the unique struggles of Divorced Christian Moms looking for spiritual healing and total transformation. Plus, they forget about the importance of spirituality in the healing process.

Sure, they might give a quick fix, but they don’t help you keep that feeling going in your everyday life. They miss the mark on tackling those deep beliefs about feeling unworthy or broken, so the pain sticks around despite the time and money invested.

It’s like being on a never-ending search for something that’s always just out of reach, leaving folks longing for real, down-to-earth healing that actually sticks.

The A.T.O.M. Principle...

"The Spiritual Healing Program That Goes Beyond Expectations..."

The A.T.O.M Principle is a compassionate, yet powerful and transformative 4-part strategy designed specifically for the spiritual healing of divorced Christian single moms grappling with the emotional and practical aftermath of a relationship’s end.

This principle acts as a guiding light for those struggling with financial hardships, unresolved anger, and the challenges of balancing personal dreams with the realities of single parenthood.

Acknowledge & Assess: This initial step encourages you to bravely face your current situation, acknowledging the pain, loss, and challenges you’re experiencing. It’s about taking an honest inventory of your life post-divorce, setting the stage for true healing.

Turn Inward & Turn Upward: Here, you are guided to look within for strength and upward for spiritual guidance. It’s a dual journey of introspection and faith, helping you reconnect with your inner self and your spiritual beliefs for support and comfort.

Own Your Story: This empowering step is about taking ownership of your narrative. It’s an invitation to rewrite your story from a place of strength, not victimhood, recognizing your resilience and capacity to overcome adversity.

Move Forward: The final phase focuses on forward momentum. Armed with newfound insight and strength, you’re encouraged to take proactive steps towards rebuilding your life, infused with hope and a sense of purpose.

The A.T.O.M Principle isn’t just a healing process; it’s a rebirth of confidence, resilience, and joy. It’s about emerging from the shadows of divorce not just intact, but stronger, more empowered, and radiantly confident in your journey ahead.

Author, Speaker, Coach and the woman who will help you redesign your success using the A.T.O.M. Principle

I’m Allegra Manigault, and my mission is to light the way for others to find their strength, purpose, and joy in life’s second chapters.

My story is more than just a personal narrative; it’s a beacon of hope and empowerment.

My writing journey began in 2009 with devotional journals. These personal reflections, initially just for me, turned into something more profound. It wasn’t until 2016 that I realized the potential impact of my words. This revelation led me to establish ‘Heart of the Matter’, a platform and course specifically designed for divorced and single mothers.

As someone who experienced divorce at 30, I understand the unique challenges and emotions involved. I’ve turned my experiences into a toolkit for healing and growth, encapsulated in my 4-part strategy, A.T.O.M. – Acknowledge & Assess, Turn Upward/Turn Inward, Own your Mistakes and Own your Story, and Move Forward.

I believe in holistic growth. When mothers are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually healthy, they set a strong foundation for their children to grow into well-adjusted adults. My academic background, with Master’s degrees in Biblical Counseling and Leadership, intertwines with my personal experiences to offer a unique perspective and approach.

Through my courses, books, and outreach, I aim to provide a path of hope and healing for divorced and single moms everywhere. My message is clear: there is life, and a profoundly fulfilling one, after the end of a relationship. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and every setback is a setup for a stronger comeback.

As I continue my journey, I hope to inspire and guide more women, helping them navigate their paths with resilience and hope. My life’s work is a testament to the power of transformation and the unyielding spirit of overcoming challenge.
